◆公司概况

河北永洋特钢集团有限公司位于河北省邯郸市永年区界河店乡杜刘固村，占地面积38公顷。1993年成立，1994年10月正式投产。公司现有员工3000多名，其中高级技术人员和管理人员200余人。资产总额33亿元。主要产品有8-30kg/m轻轨，38-50kg/m重轨。QU70-QU120起重机轨，9#-12#矿用工字钢，25U-36U矿用支撑钢，汽车专用弹簧扁钢和热轧扁钢以及轴承钢、齿轮钢等。产品畅销全国30个省、市、自治区，部分产品远销南美和东南亚地区。  

2001年通过并获得ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证证书，2013年通过并获得ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证证书和OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证证书及GB/T23331-2009能源管理体系认证证书，被工信部列入钢铁规范经营企业。产品先后被河北省消费者协会评为“消费者信得过单位”，“永洋”牌轻轨被河北省工商局评为“河北省著名商标”，被河北省质量技术监督局评为“河北省名牌产品”。公司连续多年获得“AAA”信用单位、“河北省诚信守法企业”、 “河北省文明单位”、 “邯郸市50强企业”、“河北省100强企业”等一系列荣誉称号。永洋钢铁公司经过近二十年的持续发展，现已成为全国规模最大、品种最多、规格最全的轻轨、重轨、矿山专用特钢型材生产基地和中国煤炭工业支护产品定点生产企业。

2015年，永洋公司根据河北省、邯郸市《钢铁产业结构调整方案》的要求，实施退城进园、升级改造，在省、市、区各级政府部门的支持下，永洋公司整合重组永年、武安9家钢铁企业，按照1.25：1的减量置换标准，在邯郸市永年区特钢工业园区（永年区娄里村南）建设了永洋特钢产业园项目。该项目总投资79.96亿元，规划占地1400余亩，规划建设内容为180平方米烧结机2套、1260立方米高炉2座、120吨转炉2座、自动化轧钢线4条。项目全部建成后，可年产铁212万吨、特钢240万吨、钢材220万吨。

截止2017年底，永洋特钢产业园已建成180㎡烧结机1台，1260立方米、高炉1座、120吨转炉1座以及制氧、水处理、白灰窑等公辅设施，可年产铁116万吨，钢120万吨。 2017年10月，项目开始调试试车。第二座1260m3高炉、120吨转炉待产能指标落实后开始建设。

◆ Company profile

Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. is located in Duliugu Village, Jiehedian Township, Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province, covering an area of 38 hectares. It was established in 1993 and officially put into production in October 1994. The company has more than 3000 employees, including more than 200 senior technicians and managers. The total assets are 3.3 billion yuan. The main products are 8-30kg/m light rail and 38-50kg/m heavy rail. QU70-QU120 crane rail, 9 # - 12 # mining I-beam, 25U-36U mining support steel, special spring flat steel and hot rolled flat steel for automobiles, bearing steel, gear steel, etc. The products sell well in 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, and some products are exported to South America and Southeast Asia.

In 2001, it passed the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Certification, and in 2013, it passed the ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System Certification, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, and GB/T23331-2009 Energy Management System Certification, and was listed as a standardized iron and steel business enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The products have been successively rated as "Consumer Trustworthy Unit" by Hebei Consumers Association, "Yongyang" brand light rail has been rated as "Famous Brand of Hebei Province" by Hebei Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce, and "Famous Brand Product of Hebei Province" by Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision. The company has won a series of honorary titles such as "AAA" credit unit, "Hebei honest and law-abiding enterprise", "Hebei civilized unit", "Handan top 50 enterprises", and "Hebei top 100 enterprises" for many years. After nearly 20 years of continuous development, Yongyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has become the largest production base of light rail, heavy rail and special steel profiles for mining in China with the largest scale, most varieties and most complete specifications, and the designated manufacturer of support products for China's coal industry.

In 2015, according to the requirements of the Steel Industrial Structure Adjustment Plan of Hebei Province and Handan City, Yongyang Company implemented the project of withdrawing from the city to the park and upgrading. With the support of provincial, municipal and district government departments at all levels, Yongyang Company integrated and reorganized 9 steel enterprises in Yongnian and Wu'an, and built the Yongyang Special Steel Industrial Park project in Yongnian District of Handan City (south of Louli Village, Yongnian District) according to the reduction and replacement standard of 1.25:1. The total investment of the project is 7.996 billion yuan. It is planned to cover an area of more than 1400 mu. The planned construction contents include two sets of 180 square meters sintering machines, two 1260 cubic meters blast furnaces, two 120 ton converters, and four automatic steel rolling lines. After the project is completed, it can produce 2.12 million tons of iron, 2.4 million tons of special steel and 2.2 million tons of steel annually.

By the end of 2017, Yongyang Special Steel Industrial Park has built one 180 ㎡ sintering machine, 1260 cubic meters, one blast furnace, one 120 ton converter, as well as public and auxiliary facilities such as oxygen production, water treatment and lime kiln, which can produce 1.16 million tons of iron and 1.2 million tons of steel annually. In October 2017, the project began commissioning. The second 1260m3 blast furnace and 120t converter will be constructed after the capacity indicators are implemented.
