2019年6月6日上午，集团公司于特钢产业园轧钢区举行永洋特钢产业园精品轻轨生产线项目开工仪式。集团公司领导董事长、总经理、副总经理、分厂厂长；中冶东方工程技术有限公司董事长；河北建设勘察研究院有限公司总经理；中冶天工集团工业工程分公司副总经理；京兴国际工程管理有限公司永洋项目总监理工程师等领导出席。

该项目占地60亩，总投资10亿元，年产能为60万吨，主要生产轻轨、矿用工字钢、鱼尾板、H型钢等产品。该项目由中冶东方设计院进行总体设计，河北建设勘察研究院进行地基施工，中冶天工集团进行工程施工，预计2020年5月投产。该生产线是国内首条用万能轧机生产轻轨的生产线，选用的9架轧机串列式布置模式，采用先进的节能型步进梁交错技术和长尺矫直生产工艺，设备自动化程度高，可大幅度提升产品精度，提高产品质量，降低劳动强度。

Leaders present

The project covers an area of 60 mu, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 600000 tons. It mainly produces light rail, mining I-beam, fishplate, H-beam and other products. The overall design of the project is carried out by MCC Dongfang Design Institute, the foundation construction is carried out by Hebei Construction Survey and Research Institute, and the project construction is carried out by MCC Tiangong Group. It is expected to be put into operation in May 2020. This production line is the first light rail production line in China that uses universal rolling mills. The nine rolling mills are arranged in tandem. The advanced energy-saving stepping beam interlacing technology and long ruler straightening production process are used. The equipment has a high degree of automation, which can greatly improve product accuracy, improve product quality and reduce labor intensity.
