   近日，全国工商联召开十二届五次执委会议。全国工商联党组成员、副主席邱小平代表全国工商联发布《中国民营企业社会责任报告（2021）》。会上同时发布了《中国民营企业社会责任优秀案例（2021）》，永洋特钢集团董事长杜庆申入选“”2021中国民营企业社会责任优秀案例”（企业家）。

   据悉，《报告》课题组是依据全国工商联2020年度民营企业社会责任调查数据，实地调研12省市100余家民营企业，结合国家统计局、市场监督管理总局等有关部门的公开信息，梳理总结出民营企业履行社会责任的主要成绩、发展指数和未来趋势。全国共30家企业入选，永洋特钢是河北省内唯一入选企业，董事长杜庆申是全国8位优秀企

   杜庆申连续多年在教师节对永年一中、永年二中、界河店总校、城南中学、第六实验学校的教师进行慰问，发放慰问金322万元。2014年，永年成立捐资助教协会，杜庆申担任会长，先后捐资1837万元支持永年教育事业，奖励优秀教师和优秀学生。

   新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来，杜庆申及时捐款200万元、捐赠100万元抗疫物资，全力支援防疫前线。积极响应省政府号召，免费将占地200亩的永洋物流中心作为防疫物资中转站，全力以赴提供人力和物力保障，助力打赢疫情防控阻击战。

   杜庆申为鼓励孩子们成才，对于杜刘固考上研究生、本科的子弟，分别奖励2万元、1.5万元，先后有241名获得资助，资助金额298万元。

   投资1亿多元给村里建了幼儿园、学校、养老院、医院，高质量保证了幼有所育，学有所教，劳有所得，住有新居，老有所养，病有所医，弱有所扶。

   杜庆申累计投入6.3亿元支持杜刘固村的乡村建设，家家户户住进了别墅，街道全部硬化，水、电、气、网全部贯通并享受补贴，专门成立清洁队负责环境卫生，老百姓实现了居住楼房化、街道城市化、生活现代化。

At the same time, Excellent Cases of Social Responsibility of Chinese Private Enterprises (2021) was released, and Du Qingshen, Chairman of Yongyang Special Steel Group, was selected as "Excellent Cases of Social Responsibility of Chinese Private Enterprises in 2021" (entrepreneur).

It is reported that the research group of the Report is based on the survey data of private enterprises' social responsibility in 2020 of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, conducting field research on more than 100 private enterprises in 12 provinces and cities, combing and summarizing the main achievements, development indexes and future trends of private enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibility in combination with the public information of the National Bureau of Statistics, the General Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and other relevant departments. A total of 30 enterprises were selected nationwide. Yongyang Special Steel is the only enterprise selected in Hebei Province. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, Du Qingshen has timely donated 2 million yuan and 1 million yuan of anti epidemic materials to support the epidemic prevention front. Du Qingshen has accumulatively invested 630 million yuan to support the rural construction of Duliugu Village. Every family has lived in villas, and the streets are hardened.
