7月20日至23日，邯郸市出现了近年罕见的强降雨天气，雨量以大暴雨到特大暴雨为主，永年区、鸡泽县、等14个县（市、区）遭受了严重的洪涝灾害，给人民群众的生产生活带来了极大困难。
