环境影响评价的公示

          根据《环境影响评价公众参与办法》，现将“邯郸昆仑永洋天然气有限公司衡水故城-邯郸输气管道项目邯郸段环境影响报告书”的有关事项公众告知如下：

一、项目名称及工程概要

项目名称：邯郸昆仑永洋天然气有限公司衡水故城-邯郸输气管道项目邯郸段

工程概要：项目性质属于新建，天然气管线起于邱县中间站，经焦寨阀室、西大慈阀室、南吕固阀室，止于永年末站，沿线经过邱县、曲周县、广平县、肥乡区、经济技术开发区、丛台区、永年区。管道全长101.1km，管径为D508mm，设计输气能力15亿方/年。

三、征求意见的公众范围及主要事项

根据项目情况，并结合相关技术导则，征求意见的公示范围包括东张家庄村、小屯村，百户寨村，小寨村，庞寨村，阴庄村，王九郎寨村，韩固村，西三塔村，北王庄村，张打虎寨村，焦寨村，东张寨村，后黄寨村，西张寨村，赵寨村，郭家堡村，周庄村，杨寨村，高庄村，邵庄村，东扶仁村，贾村，杜刘固村，四留固村，共计25个敏感点。

征求评价范围内所有敏感点公众对本项目环境影响和环境保护措施有关的建议和意见，需要公众监督，以便完善工程环保治理措施。

Publicity of environmental impact assessment

According to the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, we hereby inform the public about the relevant issues of the "Environmental Impact Report on the Handan Section of Hengshui Ancient City Handan Gas Transmission Pipeline Project of Handan Kunlun Yongyang Natural Gas Co., Ltd." as follows:

1、 Project name and project outline

Project name: Handan Section of Hengshui Ancient City Handan Gas Transmission Pipeline Project of Handan Kunlun Yongyang Natural Gas Co., Ltd

Project overview: The project is a new project. The natural gas pipeline starts from the intermediate station in Qiu County, passes through Jiaozhai Valve Station, Xidaci Valve Station, Nanlugu Valve Station, and ends at the end of Yongnian Station. The pipeline passes through Qiu County, Quzhou County, Guangping County, Feixiang District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Congtai District, and Yongnian District. The total length of the pipeline is 101.1km, the pipe diameter is D508mm, and the design gas transmission capacity is 1.5 billion m3/year.

According to the project situation and in combination with relevant technical guidelines, the publicity scope for soliciting opinions includes Dongzhangjiazhuang Village, Xiaotun Village, Baihuzhai Village, Xiaozhai Village, Pangzhai Village, Yinzhuang Village, Wangjiulangzhai Village, Hangu Village, Xisanta Village, Beiwangzhuang Village, Zhangdahuzhai Village, Jiaozhai Village, Dongzhangzhai Village, Houhuangzhai Village, Xizhangzhai Village, Zhaozhai Village, Guojiabao Village, Zhouzhuang Village, Yangzhai Village, Gaozhuang Village, Shaozhuang Village, Dongfuren Village, Jia Village, Duliugu Village and Siliugu Village have 25 sensitive spots in total.

The suggestions and opinions of the public on the environmental impact and environmental protection measures of the Project at all sensitive points within the assessment scope should be solicited, which requires public supervision, so as to improve the environmental protection treatment measures of the Project.
