2021年度工作总结表彰大会隆重召开

1月16日，集团公司在职工俱乐部隆重召开2021年度工作总结暨表彰大会，总结2021年全年的工作成绩，部署2022年的工作要求。董事长杜庆申、总经理杜晓方等公司领导分别为受表彰的先进集体、劳动模范、好儿媳和贤妻良母颁发了锦旗、奖牌、证书和奖金。

董事长杜庆申就做好2022年工作，要求各分厂、各部门、各板块：一要落实安全责任,推动安全发展，保证安全生产；二要加强现场管理，长期性保持环境干净卫生；三要创新品牌，让永洋产品成为用户首选；四要精细管理，全方位降低成本；五要落实公司理念要求，提高整体管理水平；六要培养造就德才兼备、勇于担当的干部队伍。

总经理杜晓方围绕安全管理、环保治理、质量管理、技术研发、设备管理、降本增效、创新发展、基础管理、展现作为等方面对2021年的工作进行了全面总结。要求各分厂、各部门、各板块，一要坚持团结进取，真抓实干谋发展；二要坚持常态化疫情防控，狠抓安全环保管理；三要探索模式创新，提升设备运行水平；四要加强技术创新，做好质量攻关；五要加速推进项目建设，增强发展后劲；六要深入开展管理创新，提升队伍建设。

副总经理杨斌宣读《关于表彰2021年度先进集体和个人的决定》，就做好2022年生产系统各方面工作作表态发言。他表示，2022年将筑牢安全底线，强化安全管理，完善生产体系，实现生产能力最大化，遵循公司理念，紧跟公司发展步伐，全力做好新品开拓和技术创新，不断增强公司竞争力。

杜刘固村党支部书记杜广平宣读《2021年永洋公司救助杜刘固村贫困家庭名单》，对公司一年来对村里的支持帮扶表示感谢，对董事长心系百姓，乐善好施的厚德大爱表达了敬意。

General Manager Du Xiaofang made a comprehensive summary of the work in 2021 around safety management, environmental protection governance, quality management, technology research and development, equipment management, cost reduction and efficiency increase, innovative development, basic management, performance and other aspects.
