On September 26, 2014, Xinxing Heavy Industry (Tianjin) International Trade Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Yongnian County People's Government and Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. for the Yongnian Industrial Park Project of Xinxing Heavy Industry. Attending the signing ceremony were Meng Guangjun, Deputy Mayor of Handan Municipal Government, Secretary Du of Yongnian County Party Committee, Li Hongguang, County Mayor, leaders of major departments such as industry and information technology, development and reform, Du Qingshen, chairman of the group company, Du Xiaofang, general manager, Du Yongzhao, deputy general manager, Huang Jinrong and others.

     The Yongnian Industrial Park Project of Xinxing Heavy Industry focuses on the general requirements of the country for in-depth energy conservation, emission reduction and air pollution control, actively promotes the comprehensive application of natural gas clean energy, vigorously develops circular economy and green economy, and strives to create a national first-class heavy truck oil and gas new power (dual fuel ) manufacturing base, natural gas equipment research and development and manufacturing base, natural gas non-pipeline network transportation base, green logistics demonstration base, etc. The total investment of the project is 1.86 billion yuan, and the construction period is two years. The construction content includes natural gas liquefaction plant, heavy truck oil and gas new energy vehicle manufacturing base, scrap car dismantling center, Internet of Things information management center, natural gas storage and transportation inspection and testing center, oil and gas New power engine research and development center, green logistics heavy truck transportation, oil and gas new power vehicle 4S store, oil and gas new power second-hand car trading market, etc. After the project is fully completed, the annual operating income will be nearly 2 billion yuan, and the total profit and tax will exceed 200 million yuan.
