永洋特钢携手中冶赛迪打造精品小型钢生产线

近日，集团公司与中冶赛迪签订精品小型型钢线工程设计与设备成套合同。项目由中冶赛迪承担工程设计及技术总负责，以及全线机电液设备成套供货。将创新性应用组合式万能轧机装备技术，采用短应力线万能轧机与闭口牌坊式万能轧机组合的方式，应用中冶赛迪NHCD系列短应力线轧机、NHUM短应力线万能轧机、UMCD牌坊式万能轧机等核心技术和装备，建成一条集“智能制造、绿色环保低碳、关键技术原创”于一体的一流精品小型型钢生产线。

该项目是继双方合作的精品轻轨线、精品重轨线、中棒&扁钢线之后的第四条轧钢生产线。设计年产量21万吨，产品主要包括小规格轻轨、铁塔角钢、槽钢、超薄H型钢、轨距挡板、鱼尾板等产品，兼顾生产光伏发电支架槽钢、I字模板钢、5G网基站塔角钢等，生产的钢种主要有碳素结构钢、耐侯钢、低合金结构钢及合金结构钢等。项目建成后，将进一步提升“中国制造”在世界的影响力和竞争力。

Recently, the Group Company signed a contract for the design and equipment of high-quality small section steel wire project with CCID. MCC CCID is responsible for the engineering design and technology of the project, as well as the complete supply of electromechanical and hydraulic equipment for the whole line. The innovative application of combined universal rolling mill equipment technology, the combination of short stress line universal rolling mill and closed arch universal rolling mill, and the application of core technologies and equipment such as MCC CCID NHCD series short stress line rolling mill, NHUM short stress line universal rolling mill, UMCD arch universal rolling mill will build a first-class boutique small section steel production line integrating "intelligent manufacturing, green environmental protection and low-carbon, and original key technologies".

This project is the fourth steel rolling production line after the high-quality light rail line, high-quality heavy rail line, and medium bar&flat steel line cooperated by both parties. The design annual output is 210000 tons. The products mainly include small light rail, tower angle steel, channel steel, ultra-thin H-shaped steel, gauge baffle, fishtail plate and other products. The production of photovoltaic power generation support channel steel, I-shaped template steel, 5G network base station tower angle steel and other products is also considered. The steel types produced mainly include carbon structural steel, weather resistant steel, low alloy structural steel and alloy structural steel. The completion of the project will further enhance the influence and competitiveness of "Made in China" in the world.
